JONATHAN BURGIN “JB” || Men’s Director
JB was born and raised in Arlington, TX. He graduated in 2026 from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelors in Sport Management. During college, JB served with an on-campus ministry as the Spiritual Formations Director at ‘Kamp Love DBU’. He has faithfully spent the last four summers working for Kanakuk Kamps where he has served kids all across the country in various leadership roles sharing the good news of the Gospel. JB is newest addition to the staff team serving with us since August of 2026. He is excited for all God has in store for Springfield and excited to be a part of the family!

KEILEE WEBB || Women’s Director

Keilee was born and raised in Milan, TN. She graduated from Murray State in Murray, KY in 2023 with a Bachelors in Nonprofit Leadership Studies. In college, Keilee served on staff at her campus ministry, before moving to Branson where she graduated from the Kanakuk Institute in 2025. Keilee also recently graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a certificate in Biblical Counseling, as she is passionate about interacting in the space of counseling with truth. She has spent the past 6 summers in camp ministry sharing the Gospel with youth students and is excited to continue to get to proclaim His name in the Springfield area! Keilee has faithfully been serving on staff with us since August of 2025!
